Every year, our family has several Easter traditions that we like to keep. We used to go to church like good Catholics, but that hasn't been the case in several years. However, we still dye Easter eggs, and make an Easter Bunny cake.
This year, as we were coloring the eggs, my mother asked whether our Easter Bunny cake should be a girl or a boy. I tenatively responded, "why not make it both?"
Thus, the idea for a transgendered Easter Bunny was born. We started with the eyes, added plenty of eyeliner, some blush, some big 'ole lips, a sprinkling of facial hair, and a few piercings. And so, with some frosting, jelly beans, liquorice, and a little creativity, our masterpiece was complete.
Without further ado, I give you our transgendered Easter Bunny.
And two more.
