I love that I have a half snow day, really, but I'll spend all of it shoveling this **********************************************************************************************************

Yeah, and we're expecting six more inches. It gets less pretty by the hour.

Someone come shovel my driveway. In the first picture, that lump you see way off is my car.

Up here we just got a good 8-12 inches dumped on us. It sucks, I have only 2 pairs of shoes: One pair of runners with giant holes in the tips, one pair of Converse Chucks. Neither of these are good for the snow.

I wish it would have snowed like this in November, maybe then I could have gotten some snowmobiling in this winter.

It's cold as balls here, and I'm actually enjoying it a bit, when I'm not outside. I have some sweaters that I haven't worn yet.

I had to put pants on this morning when I went out for a smoke, so it was a little chilly. Yesterday was kinda warm during the afternoon hours; I actually had to take off my long sleeved shirt because I was sweating a little. It's only supposed to be like 60 or so and partly cloudy for the next couple of days. I can totally relate to what you're saying, Nexa. F'ucking ****** weather!! I wanted to head to VA Beach too. The forecast is calling for the next three days to be at or above seventy-five, the third day culminating with the penetration of the eighty-degree mark. If it's any consolation, Nexa, I'll think of you as I roam through the flock in nothing but a clever yellow banana hammock sporting a big red tip to make it look like a fire hose. In this way, I can share the warmth.

Remember that time I said you looked like that chic, or her sister or something, but hotter and not as annoying and I'm pretty sure without the souther drawl?

Yeah...that was cool.

But on a serious note, seriously, take a look.

Here(you want the cocktail cam)
and
Here

Do you see any bikini-clad hotties? Huh? HUH?! Yeah, that's what I thought. My vacation is ruined and all you can think of is yourself!

Nexa, you have to look at the bright side - now you can go out and practice writing your name in the snow and you didn't even have to wait for winter!

Cloudy and overcast atm in San Diego, but I'm sure it will clear up and be nice and warm later on today. It is Southern California after all. Smiley: grin

I'll think of you when I'm in La Jolla this weekend.

Shoveling snow is great exercise, but I'll need a mug of hot chocolate, a backrub and some tender lovin' when I'm done.

I suppose this would be a bad time to mention it was high 70s and sunny here in the Portland area today...?

Which Portland, eh?

Here in NY we got a few heavy flurries, but it was 40+ so didn't amount to anything.

Inside painting? Sure, I'll even do a mural. Outside painting? We're back to the Nexa can't stand on a ladder thing again.

Here in lovely Tennessee, the high will be 45 today, and it's going to get down to 25 tonight. Rinse and repeat for the next 2 days. It's a shame too - all the trees and flowers have bloomed and now they'll die. =(
#22 Apr 06 2007 at 4:58 AM Rating: Good
Yeah, we have much of the same, not so much snow though. Still, it was so nice to have 70 degree weather, then BAM! the next day was down to 25 :(

On the up side, the bug population will be lower this summer too.

I'd rather have someone light my eyes on fire and then put the fire out with icepicks and sledgehammers than live in Florida.
