Just a hair under 6 feet.
Freaky.

Good thing I'm better looking.

I don't know how much I weigh. I just know I'm too big.

I've been sneaking in some exercise and paying more attention to what I'm eating. As a result, I squeezed into some pants I've not been able to wear since early last fall. They're still a bit snug, so I have some more to lose.

I also suck at quitting smoking. Nexa, we can call each other every day and cuss each other out for still smoking. How's that for support!

I'll gladly take on any extra weight that you're all shedding off. I stand a lanky 6'2" 150lbs, and Bob be damned if I don't eat like a horse and lounge about enough.

Could I pretend it was three months ago? I platued, I lost most of the weight I am going to be able to lose short of becoming a gym rat (from 235 to 200 at 6')and with me going four to six times a week I'm dangerously close to that allready.

I thought I was the only one. It seems the more I focus on my weight and schedule real excersise and dieting in, the less I see results. When I stop obsessing, and just get outdoors and have fun, the weight comes off and I tone up. As a result I refuse to diet per say, and just eat until Im full, smaller portions. I dont schedule excersise, but run around outside, hiking, swimming, playing soccer and catch. I only need to lose ten more pounds before Im prepregnancy weight and its been the middle of winter. Id love to shed a total of 25 pounds to be my fantasy weight, but Im not going to sweat it if I dont.

I was down to 7500 Metric Tonnes earlier this year, but now I'm back up to 8000. Being 200 feet tall, though, I carry it pretty well.

I'm pretty much the same way, but at the same time, I must realize that I can't be so nonchalant that I just go ahead and eat the entire office candy bowl and then squeal with delight when it's been refilled and expect that I'll lose weight.

well, yeah, that's where the whole thing in moderation would come in. My only indulgence lately has been dark chocolate covered strawberries, as they're the only kind of chocolate without milk, and the strawberries give it a bit of sweetness. But as theyre a pain in the *** to find, I have to stock up when I see them and eat them sparingly. Oh and I can have Jr Mints. But Im not overly fond of mint in general.

You're already below my target weight, and I'm your same height.

Then again, I have all this junk in my trunk. It's hard to lose.

I'm also just a touch shy of 190 and am generally pleased with my physique except for a bit of a beer-pouch. I can't get rid of it for the life of me, not that I've tried.

I really am fine with my weight, this *was* my target weight and so I have to stop worrying about it now (I'll never really be ok with it, but that's my own problem, but I recognize that it's a good weight and won't worry about losing any more). I'm just...flabbier than I want to be (is that a word) and want to tone my arms/tummy/etc. My boyfriend would be sad if I lost my J-Lo booty, so I'm not worried about that.

I also need to just get over the fact that my lower abdomen is never going to look like it did before I had a baby, haha.

Apparently watching work out tapes by Jane Fonda is a bad idea.
