My tax return is on my list of things to do this week. Unfortunately, I'll just put my refund back into my checking account to be used for future car payments, so nothing fun and exciting.

We actually put our property tax money into savings and take it out once or twice a year and cut the check(s). This is actually a greater expence for us then income taxes (at least to the feds, I think if we add in the state income tax to that the sum of the two may excede it).
