Choosing a decent car.
I spend a great deal of my working day on Motorways between meetings, so I need a car that's comfortable.
When I'm not working, I enjoy throwing my automobile around more challenging roads, so I want something that's fun.
I' an lanky cUnt, so I'm limited in what I can drive, and stangely enough, big cars aren't automatically good for me. (It's about the relative distance and angle between Steering Wheel and Pedals, not just legroom). There are small cars I can be comfy in (Mini Cooper, Ford Focus) and big ones I can't physically get into (Range Rover, Jaguar X Type).
Now as you know, I'm of advanced years.
If I get something sporty, I'm in danger of being the epitome of the aging git.
Within my budget are the Audi TT, Astra Twin Top and Beemer M3 soft top.
High risk of looking like a "I'm not really old and Ghey" driver.
Alternatively, I could go for a more appropriate executive car:
There's the new 2007 C Class Merc, the S-Type Jag or maybe an A6
Advice please?
Sporty look or sensible comfort?
