I watched that clip during comic relief and thought it was absolutely hilarious. For a moment there, even I was proud of our PM for doing this.

Ok, he's a nasty murdering warmonger, but at least he's got a sense of humour, so who cares?

And yeah, it's hard to "get" if you don't know Catherine Tate, and English teenage school girls in general.
