I'm just fracking sick of its use.
It is nothing more than a generalized attack on credibility meant to muddy up the issue rather than a clear defense on a position or matter of current events. It shows an inability to articulate ones position and then rationalize it in the face of opposition and criticism.
It is the political equivalent of Jophs Law.
