Black Bean Quesadillas
1 can Black Beans
4 oz. can Chile Peppers
1 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Cup Salsa(any strength)
1 package Colby Jack or Monterrey Cheese
4 8" Flour Tortillas

Mash the black beans before mizing in the chile's, oregano, and salsa. Put one tortilla in skillet. Spread half the mixture onto the tortilla, cover with half the package of cheese. Be careful not to get cheese or any of the mixture on the skillet as it will burn. Place a second shell over the cheese and spread the rest of the mixture out, covering it with the remaining cheese. Cook it on a low/medium heat until both sides are brown(yes you will need to flip the quesadilla over at one point.)
