+1 to DSD, nice choice!

Oh also I see this all too often; its Guinness. Smiley: tongue

I have had Guinness on tap at the house now for about two weeks. Smithwick's + Guinness makes a decent Black & Tan but Bass is still the best IMHO. Also I have been indulging in Snake Bites, its like a Black & Tan or Half & Half except you use a Hard Cider on the bottom and Guinness on top.

Some Guinness tips for those celebrating this weekend:

Black & Tan= Smithwick's (again IMHO Bass works better) on the bottom and Guinness on top
Half & Half= Harp on the bottom and Guinness on top
Snake Bite= Hard Cider on the bottom (I have been using Woodchuck 802), Guinness on top
Imperial Guinness= Came up with this one myself, any decently hopped IPA (I prefer American as opposed to British) on the bottom and Guinness on top.

When creating the above you must use Guinness either on tap or from the 14.9oz Cans, the bottles are not meant to be poured! Also you must pour the Guinness over the bottom beverage using a Guinness Spoon or any sort of wide soup/teaspoon.

Ohh and Tare, my Verdict on Stella:
A) Mediocre Euro Lager
B) Popular amongst the popped collared pink polo shirt 21-30 year old crowd.

Too bad. I think it's amongst the best beers I have tasted. It was especially good in Belgium.

OMG, who wants to meet me for some beers???

I'll virtual Cheers ya later.

If you like that try some Samuel Smith's Lager (I think they make an Organic version also) and also Harp is a fine Irish replacement at least for the Holiday!

In Dublin I heard Harp described as "Feckin' radioactive Liffey Water" and I wouldn't disagree.

Thank Goodness For Guinness.

Oh, and
