Aside from bhodi (and who really cares what he thinks, anyway?), I don't know anyone that doesn't like it.
I have friends that normally don't watch serial TV shows or anything related to superheroes and even they like it.

I think you should watch every show ever created for television. You are well on your way!

I'm going to start on Tellanovellas next weeks.

If you aren't big on quality, then you can watch the episodes on NBC.com. I saw last night's one there and was happy.

This show is a lot better than Lost in that they propel the storyline MILES compared to what goes on with the Dharma Initiative. They keep you interested and confident that they have the story plotted out. Twists come up all the time and what you were feeling or thinking at episodes 1-5 is very different than how you look at things in the last few weeks. It's slow at times, but not every show can be perfect all the time. For me I was 100% hooked at around episode 5 or 6. Seems like for most people there is one particular scene that just grabs them and plants them in the chair next week.

The show is awful.

It is a ******* soap opera, it is predictable and the characters are worse than stunned. If i have to hear one more person make a prediction about something that was obvious 10 episodes ago I swear to Bob I will slap them. It is Y&R with super heroes, only Y&R has better writers.

I sat through a full episode of it for the first time last night. I don't really see what all the fuss is about.

Smash:

The show only improves if you have it all at the same time. This allows you to just play the next episode at any given time, thus eliminating the occasional "this is slow-paced, nothing happened this week" feeling.

It is very seldom that I see a correct prediction these days.

And BT - this is not a show you can start watching now and figure out. You really need to Bit Torrent the first episodes if you can. I think you'll like them.

Wait, there's a 17 year old cheerleader and a 33 year old Vegas showgirl?

In!

She was 16 when the show started - just sayin' Smiley: sly

The other one is no Vegas showgirl - she's an interwebs stripper with a dual personality disorder - which makes her all the hawter! Smiley: inlove

Hmmm, just having a thought. If Nikki has a power and she had an identical twin sister, would not her identical twin sister have a power too? Perhaps the power you get is not predetermined at birth, but your own experiences point it towards one of many possible powers. ie The cheerleader is in a fire as an infant so her power become self healing; Peter worships his older brother so his power becomes mimicry; Hiro daydreams of traveling to other dimensions all the time so his power becomes time travel; a similiar corelation might be found for every other hero.

Perhaps Nikkis twin sister developed the power to leave her body and control others in response to becoming fataly wounded and then entered her twin sister, where she slowly became evil and twisted from all the isolation because she does not know how to use her powers to the fullest and leave?

Wow, interesting theory.

Nathan can fly because he's so ambitious? Could be the Haitian can erase memories because of traumatic things that happen during his childhood.

Can't think of much else, probably because there isn't enough backstory on all of them.

Ali Larter simultaneously repulses and attracts me. She looks so ****** but at the same time so hot. It's odd.
