You lazy slackers still comatose from the weekend? You must have all partied hard seeing as there are no new posts. How was everyones weekend and how many cups of coffee are you trying to chug down just to function?

I've been eating chocolate since I got to work today. My boss filled up the candy basket as a thank you for coming in on a holiday. I have a stomach ache.

Soon, the bribery-pizza will get here.

I've been circulating pics via PM of your head photoshopped onto a naked womans body. Hence why BT, Eldy, Moe, Git, Exo, DF, AF, Skeet, gbaji, Totes, Nobby and the rest aren't posting, they are otherwise occupied. At least for the next 5 minutes or so.

Flea and I took Jophiel Jr. to see "Bridge to Teribithia" this weekend. It was hella depressing. Thus was the extent of my heavy partying.

I'm trying to figure out why I got to work this morning and nobody was here. I was also hanging out playing 'F'uck your Neighbor' til 3:00 A.M. at an after hours bar party. Not nursing a hangover, but not feeling top tits.

Yay! Did they actually stick to the book then? It was one of my favorites as a kid, but I was sure it'd be all disneyfied as a movie (like the Little Mermaid or any other good, depressing story).

I decided to do something productive instead of sitting at home all day playing games. So, I signed up to a gym, and started working out. Somewhere along the way, I hurt my shoulders kinda badly (I think I tore the muscles), such that it hurt to use my arms to do simple things, like get out of bed or a chair, pour a glass of water, etc. So I spent the remainder of my weekend watching TV.

It's like I'm cursed Smiley: frown

Be careful if you are offered bribery beer and cocktails. That usually leads to bribery sex.

You mean this picture for the body naked woman?

I had a rather busy weekend. Sat night I went to a toy party and spent lots of money while learning a little too much about the sex life of my friend/hostess and her husband. That in itself wouldn't have been too bad except I've known both since freshman year of high school and her husband has been like a big brother to me since I was 14. Also a friend of mine who was supposed to join me for the poarty never called never showed and I thought she stood me up. It wasnt until later I got a call from her that she and her husband got into a massive fight, with him trying to corner her and intimidate her, refusing to get out of her face and she threw a phone at him when he wouldnt back down. Long story short, being an *** he called the cops on her and had her arrested for abuse. So I basically told her if she felt unsafe her and the kids could crash at my house. She declined since he was gone for the time being but promised to call if she needed to get out of there. So I kept an ear out for my phone during the weekend, worried.

Sunday the boys went to their first Monster Truck Jam while I had a long lost friend come over and we caught up after not seeing each other for 12 years. She's 3 days to go for her due date of her first baby so she came over to play with the little one. My friends who hosted the toy party showed up later on in the evening and we had an impromptu dinner gathering. My pregnant friend started having contractions and we spent a few hours timing them and laughing our *** off at the prospect of meeting up after over a decade and having the lot of us rush her to the hospital. Fortunately they stopped and I think she was able to get home without having her little one pop out on the way home. Not sure though since I havent heard from her yet.

Just finished my second cup of coffee and Im still dying. Way too much excitement for me this weekend. Im such an old fogie now =)

You know, I was thinking when I saw the previews that it was probably misleading the way they pitch Bridge to Terabethia. They sure make it sound like a nice chipper fantasy flick when anyone who's read it knows that you need to take Kleenex with you.

My 13 year old saw "Bridge to Teribithia" this weekend, she said it was a great movie, she said it was just like the book but it made her cry.

Then we took the kids to see "Ghost-rider" and it made me cry. I should know better then to listen to a bunch of stupid men...they said it was a great movie and so worth the money. Bah! It was an OK movie but by no means great. I wouldn't watch it again. Two hours of my life I'll never get back.
