Dark,

Why? I have enough people to keep an eye on as it is. I'm firing another employee at the end of the day. Of course I think he knows it's coming so no biggy. I really don't want to work any more than I am right now even if I could make more money. In fact my brother who lives in chesapeake is expecting a little boy any day now, his second child, I'm looking at buying another house in that area so I can be around him more often. That and his college roomy who also lives in that area has an enormous speed boat (he's retired from the NBA, of course he only played for the hawks so not sure if that counts)

Damn that's rough. The place I go has fresh seafood flown in daily. I pick that live sucker out of the tank...ok enough of this I'm starting to get hungry.

I'm having Indian food tonight. I'm not very familiar with it, but I do love samoosas. Anybody recommend anything?

Going to Devon or in the city? Heh, I bet it's Gaylord. :P (which is a good touristy restaurant I guess)

I always gotta have my muttar paneer (cheese and peas). Tandoori Chicken is always a safe bet. Or a kebab. Some dal makhani is good (lentils). Lamb curry is generally good too. Massala means spicy. Then prolly a pototo or cauliflower dish, forget the names. But make sure you have a lassi drink (love those things). Most of the menus will describe what it is in english, so you don't really gotta worry.

I'll be having hockey stadium food. Blackhawks vs. Canucks. ^^

Yea, ditching the Indian food and getting Thai.

Otherwise give the Chicken Paratha a go, (I'm allergic to Coconut, so alot of Indian food for me is bad news) seemed the least offensive when I had Indian. It's like a chicken calzone.

How spicy do you like your Indian food? I ask because some dishes are really good hot, not so great mild.

If you like hot spices, go for a nice masala over rice. If you prefer milder dishes, maybe curry or dahl.

Most places would make that masala less spicy on request, but it just isn't as good, IMO.

My favorite mild Indian dish: Chicken Tikka Masala.

Palak/Saag Paneer is quite good too, but some places do oil it up a bit more than you'll probably like.
