Just add a few quotes from Marvin the depressed robot in the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy, the books not the movie.
Right, the books not the movie, even though they're nearly all identical, and the books were based on radio plays converted to a book as an afterthought.
Not the radio plays, though, the actual source material, but the book because you see, the book is printed on paper and as we all know paper yields better quotes than film.
I mean in the book, Marvin says "I think you ought to know I'm feeling very depressed." While in the FILM he says "I think you ought to know I'm feeling very depressed." Clearly go with the book. No contest! In the book: "Life. Don't talk to me about life." but in the FILM: "Life. Don't talk to me about life." Low brow fodder for the unwashed masses. Ignorant fools. Read the book people! Christ.
Seriously though, if you're going to be a snob, don't be a snob about a book cobbled together from radio scripts being made into a movie more true to the original vision than the book was.

To make a long story short, I don't take any responsibility for anything I post here. It's not news, it's not truth, it's not serious. It's parody. It's satire. It's bitter. It's angsty. Your mother's a *****. You like to jack off dogs. That's right, you heard me. You like to grab that dog by the bone and rub it like a ski pole. Your dad? Gay. Your priest? Straight. **** off and let me post. It's not true, it's all in good fun. Now go away.
