War on Terror: The Board Game is sure to be a hit!

The game, billed as a family game for 2-6 players, lets players be either terrorists or the establishment, known as the Empire. Players roll the dice and move pieces across a map of the world.

The game has a deck of cards depicting cartoon images of nuclear weapons and airplane hijackings. One shows a middle-aged Caucasian suicide bomber wearing a raincoat and a belt of bombs.

Insensitive? I'm not sure but I got a chuckle out of the idea anyway. Jihad!

I'm sure at least some of the stores that don't carry it do sell CounterStrike.

I'm never playing Clue again! Trivializing the death of Professor Plum, with a candlestick, in the Library is an abomination!

I look forward to playing all kinds of board games again when my kid is old enough. Right now (she's one) they are just flat tables full of choking hazards. My fondest memories of my family playing games are all card games. Hearts, rook, spades...all those you learn before you play bridge. My dad was apparently quite the bridge player.
