I can't freakin' stand Dr. Phil. I made the mistake of tuning into his show for 15 minutes today while I finished my morning coffee and all I saw was what a sensationalist ***** he really is. At least Jerry Springer admits what he does (ie. setting up a conflict to play out before our eager eyes and calling it entertainment). Dr. Phil does the same thing on his show and calls it "therapy". All he is doing is playing to his audience, building up the drama so that we get to really see some sparks fly. He gives the most common sense advice and seems to resolve nothing on his shows.

And why the hell does Mrs. Phil get to have any voice at all??? Who the hell wants advice from her?

Who do you want to poke in the eye?

Oprah. I couldn't care less about her opinion. Martha Stewart, who's franticaly trying to make bland chic. Finally, Bill O'Reilly, because he's an ijut that is just way too convinced he's smart.

Anyone who's famous for taking up an annoying cause.

Like Jack Thompson for his fight against 'video game violence'.

Smiley: inlove

I tuned into his show only once in a waiting room to the dental office. It's the first time I've ever seen a show and actually got pissed.

Roommate sent me a link some time ago of a lady who's afraid of pickles. I think he got desperate with that one. On YouTube, if you are bored.

I turned on the TV this morning and it was showing some crap like Phil or Jerry. Young black couple planning on getting married...but he has a secret. "I slept with yo' momma," he comes out. "And yo' aunt." cue the "o no you DI'INT!"

How insulting.

Updated, and add Bono to that list, as well as EVERY actor that swears we have to save something.

Good question. I prefer to think about people that I'd like to poke, not usually in the eye though.

Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly. Basically, anyone who tries to come off as being educated and ends up having to eat their own words and just can't accept it. Oh, and Michael Moore. The guy seems like a douche. Let's see, who else... anyone who preaches religion. Oh, those f*ckers who stand outside near the campus student center holding posters of severed fetus arms while we eat lunch. They should get a good eye poke.

And definitely the Naughty Sorceress. You bring down her level so she does less damage. Sweet.

You'd love that! It's HILARIOUS.

If that's the bum fight segment I think it is, you're one f*cked up individual. I met the main "actor" in that, a guy by the name of Rufus. He was literally in tears about how the whole thing went down. Basically, the producer would liquor him and his pal up until they had no idea who they even were, then would make them do insane stuff. Rufus got "Bum Fight" tattooed across his knuckles. His friend had it tattooed into his forehead. Over the course of the videos, Rufus broke various bones, as did his friend, including ribs and I think a leg.

Those videos are pretty messed up, and people who get off on watching them deserve to be shot. It might be funny at first, but then you think about it and realize these are people, being used and thrown away.

However, the Dr. Phil segment where the producer of "Bum Fights" came on was pretty funny. He had his head shaved just like Dr. Phil, and the guy just tosses him out without talking to him. It was set-up sensationalist bullsh*t, and Dr. Phil is a tool, but the look on the producer's face is priceless as he gets escorted out. Awesome.

Ashton Kutcher.
A complete lack-of-talent tool. His claim to fame is playing moronic people. He's about as talented an actor as Paris Hilton or Jessica Simpson are. And I wouldn't poke either of those ****** with a borrowed finger.

I second the nomination to poke Bono in the eye... last time I went to his concert (g/f and I use to be a fans of U2 in the 80s) he "dedicated" Bullet the Blue Sky to the American soliders fighting in Iraq... which if you know the song, isn't really appropirate due to its anti-American message...

Stupid sell out jerk has @^%@$^% money then complains that the rest of the world (American specifically) isn't doing enough to help other people.

On the other hand. He's actually doing something. Gathering people for a common cause that helps humanity. Sure he's a self-pandering ******* while doing it. But there's no redeeming value in someone like Dr. Phil, Ashton Kutcher, or Pauley Shore. As opposed to the work Bono does. Or did until he skied into that tree. ;-)
