my little level 9 necro on vanguard?

rocks. EVERYTHING you liked about the necro in EQ is there, and EVERYTHING you didnt like is......missing. mana pumps, heals, mezes....all gone,

whats left is as it should be, a killing machine with a wicked nightmarish looking pet....you can add parts to.....it just rocks. was doing a quest against a mean mob that other people were pairing up for. me? i necroed it. i showed them the power of the dark side. i dotted and snared its big butt, then feared it and fed it to my pet. every 11 seconds, i started fearing it again and doted it again. snare has a dot component too, but not real strong, however, very mana effecient.

has life tap series too for those....close encounters....along with a weak slow. a good pet heal to boot if you want to slow it and pet heal it to death with an occaisional tap to replace the hitpoints you gave your pet.

as it should be, nice job sigil.

BTW, really enjoying the game, even though it is getting more and more crowded evcery day. i cant say what the topo end game will be like, but WoW has NOTHING on the low end so far. including mounts anyone can afford. like 12 silver ir so.

I'll try it, maybe next week since I have some time off coming up.

I'm still having fun in WoW, so I doubt it'll supersede my main addiction.

Twitch and mez were a couple of my favourite things in EQ. I remember being in groups where our Cleric died and I was able to heal through the encounter, keeping adds mezzed and then 90% rez the cleric after everything was dead.

That, my friend was part of what made the necro class great.

Hey now....Ron and I are on all the time.

Let me just take this time to say to all you people who still play on SC in Lunatics: if you see my druid, Andila on, it's not me. My son has gotten in the habit of taking her into BGs - usually with no armor or weapons. I'm sure his teammates are thrilled to have him there, also.

And there is one constant in this whole equation. Hmm...

P.S. Get your *** back to EQ2. The boards are dying man.
