So tell me, why in the hell did I fall tonight? Not once, but TWICE, I fell on my way to the bathroom during a WoW break.

I am here posting for your amusement.

I am on vent harassing the guys in The Fifth Star, after just getting my new Wolffear Harness off AH (thanks Vat for the loan.) I put down headset and begin to walk off, guess what?! Yes, I tripped over the cord that is wrapped around my ankle. Not a big deal, you guys do it all the time, admit it.

I hurt, more my pride than my body, and think damn that could have been bad, but get up and continue on my way... also glad I didn't pee all over myself!

I get across the room, there are wood stairs leading up into the kitchen, one stair is a landing also. I somehow missed that first step and BAM I am on my hands and my ***. I fell onto my hands, my leg hit the stair, then I twisted and into my ***.

So now, I am a bit dazed, not by the height of the fall, but by the weight. ROFL j/k

No, I am just thankful I didn't hit my face on the cement step into the kitchen or twist/break my bad ankle. I have one ankle that if I even hurt it will snap into two pieces and will require a replacement, those of who have met me probably have seen it. I am covered in bruises, got a few splinters, and a minor sprained ankle. AND I AM SORE AS HELL in more places than hurt after a rear ender MVA.

Earlier I bragged to a friend I didn't even break a nail... JUST noticed while typing, I did, damnit.

Garage floor covered with industrial carpet, no padding, wood stairs, concrete step to kitchen... nothing soft, except my ***.

Even lost skin on palms and they are now purple.

I've never tripped over any of my PC cables and shorted out the front USB ports, or SNAFU'd the rear output scoket on the motherboard.

I trip over my headphone cord all the time... usually just stumble though and never fall .

Adding a microphone significantly jacks the price up.

There are a few currently, but most of them are aimed at the cell phone market, but will work with bluetooth equipped PCs. you may need to purchase a bluetooth usb adaptor for your computer too.

Those are a few of them. There are others out there. I'm really kind of suprised no one has made a large format gaming headset completly wireless. I'm guessing power requirements might be part of it, but who knows.

Just do what my friend did; tape a small mic to your headphones <.<
