What's up with web designers these days, that they have to use light color text on a pale back ground? I would love to be able to read up on this game, but my eyes just can't make out any of the text.

Yahoo's new email system made my account unusable, that I went back to plain old yahoo email. Goggle is only passable because it likes primary colors. Only way I can use a lot of sites now is to use the select all text and highlight it in hope that will make it readable. With my-t-mobile site, I had to have my nose almost touching the screen, to make out the button to save the latest cat picture I took.

I would let you see the picture of Tony, Ruler of my bedroom, but t-mobile seems to be using snail email system to forward the pic to my Gmail account were I be able to see what I'm doing.

You know, most browsers allow you to code your own CSS to replace the one a site uses.

How bout you stop being lazy and fix it yourself!

Because before this new fad of bad graphic design layouts, I had no need to change the CSS of my browser other then enlarging the font size.

Don't they even teach Design classes, these days? The site might be pretty with the yellow text on taupe background, but would have received a F, if handed into the design class, I took at MICA years ago.

The 30 seconds wasted on changing my CSS setting in FireFox, may have fixed their mistakes, but took away the smoothing eq interface I grown used to. So I'm going back to old settings and just boycott any and all sites with such poor design.

Maybe it's time you got thicker glasses.

These glasses do just find for all but fine print on the side of my knitting needles. After 50 or so, years of my mom using them to make , I use the needle gage to check the size.

I'm a visual learner, and have my eyes check at least once a year now, due to dry eyes. Having the right glasses and protecting my eyes isn't a issue here. Pale yellow on light tan or taupe background is. Kids these days just don't seem to be willing to learn from their elders.

At least that what my daughter's former kindergarden teacher, told me on the bus today. She remember not only my daugther, but also her sisters who went to another school.
