Definitely more the booze, which he has admitted to having serious problems with in the past. Smoking like a chimney certainly hasn't helped matters either.

But the cancer likely wounded him as well, so yea. He looks like pure hell. And he needs new dentures.

No kidding. Nothing will wrinkle you like cigarette smoke. A girl I used to know smoked since she was sixteen, and when she married at 29, she already had grooves and crow's feet. A man can play that off á la Harrison Ford (up to a point), but on a woman that young it just looks like she was rode hard and hung up wet.
