So this morning, our local news begins a story about the Ford funeral, with the anchor saying, "America mourns the loss..."

...only the picture in the corner is of Cheney.

And for a second, my Mr. Ambrya and I celebrated. Until we realized it was a snafu.

Cruel, I tell ya. Cruel.

I saw Cheney being interviewed for some piece on Ford. I didn't realize
a) that he was in Ford's cabinet, or
b) how old he truly is.

Yeah, apparently when he served under Ford he was somewhat moderate. Maybe that was just the moderating effect of Ford, though, hard to say.
