I just have to thank all the Allafemes and Guys for having enough decent threads going lately, that I can make this Post well before the Year's end.

Now I can work on finishing knitting my first sock, having finally figure out the arcane code use in knitting circles, on how to turn a heel.

Nice thing about knitting is you always have at least 2 needles to used against any heel that comes around. Right now I'm armed with five double pointed wood needles and a ball of yarn. Smiley: grin

Congrats on the 1,000. What the hell took you so long?

Have fun with the Knitting, the Mrs. tried it awhile back, she made a 3x7" strip of yarn and gave up.

Hey. Those knitting needles are no joke weapons. I'm pretty sure you can't take them on planes cause they're... dangerous! Really! ;)

Hehe. Grats on 1k.

Those old ladies will intentionally boot your ball into another yard far far away if given the chance. OMG, has there ever been an on-line crochet game? Must've been, somewhere, by somebody? Pong>Breakout>Crochet ... still not yet at the fourth level.

When was the last time you tried to type while holding "five double pointed wood needles and a ball of yarn"?

Look, no matter what the birth records of Cook Co. Ill says, there is no 'i' in my middle name.

I just don't have time between playing computer games, reading forum=4 and trying to manage 5 wooden knitting needles to take action to correct the record, since my dear departed mother didn't take the time after I was born to make sure some nurse spell my name correctly.

I went 39 years, before I actually needed more then a certificate of birth record on file, that didn't include my middle name, before finding the mistake on my birth certificate. On all other records of my name, the Catholic church and my Parents listed my middle name as Clare.
