Yep, it's my birthday. There's a blizzard. Looks like I'm not doing anything tonight.

CJ time!

Happy Birthday Kakar. Hopefully you stocked up on alcohol before the snow fell too deep. Right?

Happy b-day!

Since you're stuck @ home, you should pull a Demea then come back here and post- the forum could use some flavor :)

Seconded. I'm bored as hell at work right now. There is literally nothing to do. I've been throwing a tennis ball at anyone who walks past my office door.

I work in the far end of the office. My targets have consisted of the two creepy janitors. Send help.

Perhaps not to the standards of my younger years, but I have a six pack of Killian's that's been in there for a while, and my buddy at work gave me a six pack of his home-brewed stout. Which I just cracked open, and I must say it's pretty damn good. Tastes a lot like Murphy's, quite smooth.

Giddyup.

heh, good but tired. I realized how mentally exhausted I was when I stopped at CVS to buy C batteries for the baby swing about 15 minutes ago. I stood there for two minutes looking at two packages of C batteries, one that said C2 and one that said C4. I was about to call the hubby to ask him which ones I needed when it dawned on me that the number represented how many batteries came in the package.

I snickered at myself for awhile

Wow, that's bad lol. Don't forget to try to sleep and take care of yourself. Make the husband take the kids out if you have to. I'm sure he'll love that lol.

Sucks that your B-day is so close to Christmas! You're just going to have to accept this one GFY as a combination gift since I can't be ***** to give you one for each day.

Actually, not bad at all since I stopped at a six-pack. I don't know, I guess getting hammered alone in my condo lost it's appeal sometime in my 20's. I'll settle for a buzz and a good night's sleep. Now I'm just trying to pump enough coffee in me to go outside and tackle the 2 feet of snow in my driveway.

I just heard on the radio that Chicagoland is expecting a White Christmas. I hope it doesn't start falling till I'm out of the state.

Happy Belated Birthday :)

If you have any Therma-Care heat wraps, put one on before you go out to shovel the snow.

I used one of the shoulder pads, las time we had to did out the car and found it made all the difference between me feeling like death warm over afterwards or just tired and in need of hot chocolate, spiked of course with pain killers.

Thanks for the tip. Luckily I still have codeine left over from the oral surgery I had last week. Two of those and I should be flying high well into this evening.
