Less bureaucracy = less governmental cost = fewer regulations = more time saved = good thing for everybody except maybe tax accountants

Removing or reforming the tax laws would increase governmental income while (hopefully) keeping more of your hard earned cash in your own pocket. It is axiomatic that you know best what to do with your money and creating a system which allows you to do just that increases productivity, savings, and infuses cash into the economy.

Those are arguments for, not against.

Good thing we have taxes to help out less literate folks such as yourself ;)

More bureaucracy = better governmental oversight = clearer understanding of the regulations = more tax dollars available = good thing for everybody except maybe rich fatcats exploiting tax loopholes

Increasing or expanding the tax laws would increase governmental income while (hopefully) keeping more of your hard earned cash in their own pocket. It is axiomatic that smart politicians know best what to do with your money and are more skilled in creating a system which forces you to panic as Tax Day approaches, saves tax accountant's jobs, and infuses cash into the welfare state.
