While we haven’t seen any new Hot Coffee lawsuits for some time, another one has surfaced right in the backyard of GamePolitics.
Today’s Philadelphia Inquirer reports that a man named John Robinson is suing Take-Two, publisher of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. As the newspaper describes it:
Two years ago, John Robinson bought his son a copy of the game, which later was found to contain scenes of simulated sex. When he learned of said smut, Robinson confiscated the game from his son, who, the suit says, was 20 or 21 at the time. His suit… seeks damages because consumers were not offered refunds.

I honestly can't form a coherent sentence to aptly describe the stupidity of this situation. My brain was asphyxiated for several minutes after reading this, so now I are having the dumb.
