I second that those breathing techniches are such bull. All you have to do is stay as calm as possible and breath normally. They make people do that because some people tense up so much that they hold their breath during contractions.

I was obviously pointing to the "Send PM" button so that DSD would know what to do when I won.

December 20th at 4:20 in the AM. Because that was my birthday and it's really all about me. Also, may your child be a masculine child, and he'll weigh in at 12lbs. even due to your untimely binging on choclate brownies and shellfish. 4 of those pounds will be his head.

yes =(

5 days and counting to my due date. My first was 4 days early though so Im hopeful. Yesterday would have been perfect, but no such luck, However the house is now immaculate, laundry is done so we will have lots of clean clothes for the upcoming 2 weeks, and I just got back from food shopping, stocking up on weeks of easy to make dinners and lunches. I've got what I hope is my final Drs visit today. Other than that, Im having a small glass of red wine a night ( helps to induce labor so Im told lol) and just trying to make the time go by faster.

Im now at the point where if I dont have something to fill my time I get really bitchy, due to the fact that I just cant think of anything else but when this spawn of mine will decide to make his grand entrance. Ive been "escaping" the house at night sometimes, just to get out and DO something, not to mention keeping out of my son and hubbys hair when I get in "that" mood. =)

He's got a smile that it seems to me
Reminds me of childhood memories
Where everything
Was as fresh as the bright blue sky
Now and then when I see his face
He takes me away to that special place
And if I'd stare too long
I'd probably break down and cry

Sweet spawn o' mine
Sweet love of mine

Sounds like nesting to me. It doesn't always present as an insatiable urge to clean (especially since it looks like you've got that covered) but often just a sense of being full of energy and restlessness.

lol thats my song to my son. Even had it as my ring tone for awhile and he knows the words. Sans the spawn part of course =)

Am it could be nesting. Lord knows I cleaned like hell yesterday. Not that I "wanted" to, but more so just to pass the time away. Ive been restless now for over a week. Weekends are the worst because lately we havent had anything planned and the time...... just....... draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaags.
