Actually after looking at your avatar for a few minutes one does get the impression that China is a giant chicken, but it still looks like a turkey to me at first glance.

Waiting in line for days, shotgun blast to the chest, paying 10X what they are worth from ebay. What are some peoples problems, are they that desperate to be the first kid on the block with a PS3 that they will go through all this ****?

This is something I have never understood. It's not like they are only making 30 of them and never making anymore. Why not wait a few months for them to make more and ship them? First systems are usually buggy, there are not that many games out yet, and the games that are out are not that great.

There is no way I would go through all this just to have people come over my house and pretend to be my friend because I have a PS3. Or more then likely what will happen is he will have to bring it to other peoples houses cause he still cant get people to come over and that is the only way he is allowed over.

Congratulations on your 20 minutes of fame.

I sense a strong case of projection here.

I wouldn't so much say that as much as I've known people to be like this. I've had friends who would buy new games and/or systems just so they would be the "cool" person of the group. It never worked but they didn't stop trying.

I love getting psycho annalyzed on message boards.

There's no need to lie. It won't help your case on this forum any.
