Do any of you gamers use video capture software? Which one(s) do you use.
I'm looking for somethign that will allow me to capture video from a specific open window on my desktop, free software would be nice :)

I've heard Fraps is one of the more common/better capture programs. I've never used any myself, just going by what I hear others talk about.

Fraps or Camtasia Studio. But Fraps is the best.
Fraps can be downloaded at download.com for free if you wish to check it out. however it will only record for 30 seconds straight and then you would have to rehit the record button. Also it would have the fraps logo on the top of whatever video you record. You can upgrade and buy the better version, which is what I use and love. I cant remember off the top of my head how much it costs, but it is unlimited recording and no logo.
