Disregarding the usual "amuse me" demands, where do you head when there's cobwebs gathering here? I find it hard to believe that a slow Forum=4 day actually makes you all super-productive bees in your office honeycombs.

I usually hit the major news sites, the Straight Dope columns and forums, The Smoking Gun and used to hit some polling prediction sites before the election.

By the time I'm done with that, I'm ready to hope someone's posted something new here.

Web comics. There is a nice tidy little archive of them in the links section at vgcats.com

And I also like visiting the lowest forms of scum and depravity on this planet known as ubersite.com

Fark usually has some nice reads, also Collegehumor for some low brow laughs. Wonkette can be good but the layout tends to drive me nuts. Beeradvocate is a another favorite but really, only if you like good beer. There is no OoT forum there Smiley: frown

I enjoy these sites:

Forumopolis - great forum with a wide variety of topics.

The Comics Curmudgeon - fun commentary on daily newspaper comics.

Celcio turned me on to cruel.com ages ago.

I'm too scared of them to post there. I just lurk.

I browse wikipedia for laughs. And to see if they have info on old things that I remember. Yeah, I know, it's user-edited and inherently flawed, blah blah blah.

Not slow here. Just witnessed my first patient death at 11am. I'm exhausted.
When it's slow here, I check out the fug girls, the AP news, the Trib, the Washington Post, the Straight Dope and my email. Then I round back here. I used to gander at myspace before it got blocked.

I haven't had time to take a breath, much less look at this site. I hate it when people retire and leave me with the entire work load Smiley: frown
