Germany is not looking to do anything.

Some human rights activists in Germany are asking the German government to do it. The German government politely told them to get lost.

Just let the old man go out in peace every one deserves to retire with dignity.

normally i would agree with you. but, 3000 dead american soldiers, and over 100,000 dead iraqi men, women, and children will not get the chance to retire with dignity.

someone needs to be held accountable for a whole lot of dead people that didnt have to die.

the laws of this country forbid torture. the international laws we championed and agreed to forbid torture. we willingly and knowingly broke those laws.

someone needs to be held accountable.

or elected leaders, who serve US, lied to us and tricked us into believeing we needed to attack a countrym destroy its infrastructure, and plungs them into caos and civil war to serve, not OUR purpose, but to serve THEIR OWN agenda.

someone needs to be held accountable.

yes, the dems regained alot of power. but our integrity, our ability to lead as opposed to dictate, our respect within this country and without will depend on how we step up to the plate and hold someone accountable.

right now we have none. and getting into power is not going to win it back. what we do with that power will. we NEED to hold someone accountable. we NEED to show the world that we ARE a nation of laws. a nation of justice.

if we dont, we might as well just hand it all back to the repubs for all the good it will do this country.

Thursday November 16th 2006,from the AP newswire:

Shadowrelm Sued For Alleged Forum Crimes

The New York-based Center for Constitutional Internets Forum Rights (CCFIR) and Berlin's Republican Lawyers' Association, said they have at least 35,000 forum poster complaints of mistreatment by the lunatical rants of a poster, called "Shadowrelm", and were seeking a probe by German federal prosecutors of Shadowrelm into possible prosecution for "internets forum crimes".

Alleging responsibility for forum crimes and torture at AllaKhazam's Magical Realm, the human rights group CCFIR has filed a criminal complaint in Germany against a poster who calls himself "Shadowrelm". The crimes have been described as gross grammatical negligence and incompetence, posting mindless rants about his own AGENDA, tea-parties, the Moral-Majority and generally being an cunt.

The group hopes to punish the moran, by repossessing Shadorelm's computer as compensation, which it then plans to throw into the Boston harbor. Followed by sentencing "Shadorelm" to enroll at a local junior college and take "Intro to English Composition 101" class for no less than 35 consecutive semesters.
