In my case, I'd have to say that Mr. Tare definately gets the final word on most matters. Everything is open for discussion but usually he calls the shots, unless it's something I feel very strongly about. Then we find a fair compromise.

I'm calling it 50/50 because it is in most matters between the two of us. When it comes to Joph Jr, I have a lot more sway but those are extenuating circumstances.

I put 50/50 because I think that in anything of importance, we would both want to make sure the other had significant imput. We both go through bouts of "whatever you want", but the other usually is pretty good about making sure we're both on the same page and happy.
