I'd say that its fine for a person to choose to have an invisible friend(s) who tells them what to do, and how to think and live if thats what they want.

But I categoricaly do not think its ok for that persons invisible friend to tell me or anyone else how to live and think.

I do think its a bit odd that its so generally acceptable for grown-ups to have invisible friends who tell them how to think and live in the first place tho.....

So basically you're asking how you'd feel learning someone had a different religion than you?
Not really, no. I wouldn't raise an eyebrow at hearing that someone belongs to a different Christian sect, is Jewish or Muslim. I suppose it'd be more of a departure to learn that someone was Hindu but even then I think most (maybe just many) people are taught a degree of social acceptance towards modern religions and would have a harder time being openly incredulous regarding Brahma, Vishnu et al.

I chose the Greek pantheon because it is one almost anyone is at least vaguely familiar and yet universally taught today as pure myth and story. Furthermore, unlike Hinduism which has a large enough modern following, someone professing belief in Zeus and Hera are on their own. I'd think there would be less ingrained social convention to smile and nod.

Not quite on their own. There are groups of people broadly classified as Reconsrtuctionist Pagans (Hellenic Reconstructionist among them) that are practicing pre-Christian religions. There's an article on it here.

I met a guy who worshiped Odin in college, when I took a class called "Magic, Science, and Religion." Awesome class. Discussed various worldviews and had guest speakers who practiced various religious, magical and scientific beliefs/theories/philosophies.
