I don't think they really want to test how well their game works on a suped-up-beyond-the-ordinary-mans-dreams-computer, it's more likely than not that it will run great on that sort of system, I think their main concern is making sure it's playable on average and slightly above average computers, similar to the types of computers owned by people who make up the majority of their sales (aka not computer nerds/geeks).
