Yesterday at Shop Rite the candy guy was taking down the Halloween Candy Wall and replacing the bags with Candy Canes. I almost kicked him.
I'm already hearing Christmas Carols, seeing card and wrapping displays, etc. I might start buying some decorations, but only if they're on sale.

thats nothing. Sometime in late August I stopped at a store that had Halloween stuff put up. What was worse was that the aisle next to it was Christmas stuff. In August.
Last night I went out on my own for some me time and stopped at a store thinking to do a little shopping. Already they had Christmas music playing. I asked the cashier how she was holding up with it and she informed me they had been playing it nonstop since Sept.

I received a bed bath and beyond xmas catalog in the mail yesterday. I thought that they were charged with spreading the xmas cheer on exactly the right day.
