Yeah, I can manage since I have really sharp teeth and can tear the hell out of gum. Talent.

yeah they still have the candy cigs around but hard to find. And I have seen Big League Chew just a couple weeks ago at my local Cumbies.

So Nexa lies to her kid about what candy she likes, I do a parent tax on my son. Anyone else devious like that with their kids sweets?

I trick them to come inside to see my new puppy, hit them over the head and steal the candy, then leave them to repress memories of my grunts filling their ears and my whiskey breath on the back of their neck while they are face down in a pillow.

When I first read the original Harry Potter the candy descriptions were hands down my favorite parts. I think I brought those jelly beans to my "Banned Children's Books" class in college while we were reading Goblet of Fire.

Dark Chocolate Reeses Cups.

I only found these once and the bag disapear very quickly.

So far the bag of Musketeers Jonwin got for Tuesday is gone. There is a bag of Reeses hidden somewhere around the house and maybe one other bag of candy.

Thankfully no one should be home while the kids are out knocking on doors, so Wednesday I can get into the Reeses.

Went grocery shopping today and picked up a buttload of candy. I resisted opening a bag up for about...oh...5 minutes.

My wife picked up a platter of "2-bite pumpkin tarts" from Kroger. Basically miniature pumpkin pies. Delicious!

Kroger is the supermarket. I believe 'Homestyle' is the brand but I'm not sure. I found this pic of them in google cache from some supermarket.
