Snacking right now on some we roasted last night - a little bit of vegatable oil and sea salt.

What temperature do we roast them at? I'm unfamiliar with this. Last year I think I sautéed them.

350 degrees... aproximately 20 - 30 minutes, depending on how crispy you like em.

I wonder if morticians in training use cold pumpkins as starters before they actually get to work on a body? Seems like it's be kind of similar.




Not that I know anything about sticking my hands in dead, cold bodies.

I spread thinnly the pumpkin seeds onto a cookie sheet. Place them in the oven on low over nite.

I bolied them in salty water, sprayed them with butter-flavored PAM AND baked them for 45 min at 300, and they were taaaaast-EE!! I almost made myself sick eating them. Joph had to take them away.
Lots of fiber, those.
