You know, I always wondered how many single 1.00 ratings on a single post it would take to get the karma average on a single post to 1.00. Apperently it was about that many.

If you guys could see my screen, I'm not sure if you laugh, cry, ******, **** yourself, or a combination of the four.

I think it's stupid that he's not banned. Who the hell cares about his previous "legit" posts? If he chooses to act like an *** and ***** the forums, then ***** him. One less Unicorn ******* to deal with.

yeah, MUTE = can't post, but can send PMs, and doesn't show (banned), and doesn't nuke all the messages
The difference between Mute & Ban seems largely academic.

Mute = a single switch that leaves all existing posts intact and can be easily undone if I get overruled.

Ban = nukes all posts and replaces all user karma with -10. Rather difficult to undo, and last time I banned a premium member (dracoid) illia and allakhazam were rather upset about it. So I don't do that anymore.

In this instance I feel fully justified in using the mute button, I'd have alot more explaining to do if it were the ban button.

I hear you, Kao. Must be fun to deal with such quality posters as Assagichan. Muted works for me.

I'll express my support in the tech forum, but thank Bob. If I minded reading crap I wouldn't post here, but it's the carpal tunnel from so much rateage that I'm starting to feel.

Question: What it would take for an almost-10k poster to get from a karma of 3.63 to sub-scholar?

Answer: Kaolian rating 19 of your posts down 550 time each.
