Liberals getting their a$$es kicked-- on their own showFollow

It's painful to watch Ben Aflack open his piehole and see this chick shove her d1ck in it; and then once she's finished with him, wipes it clean on Bill Mahr's tie.

One of the many prime examples of the liberal talk show host's teeth being scattered across the stage from the conservative woman's assault: He tries to float some ficticious numbers about how many people have died since the US ousted Hussein from power and why that makes us the moral equivilent of the Axis of Evil.

Rambette: More than a million people died under Saddam Hussein.

Mahr: What a$$ did you pull that out of?

Rambette: The U.N. a$$!

Mahr: <quickly vaporlocks and changes the subject>

Funny stuff.

Perspective is a funny thing.

Funny, I saw it as yet another pubbie trying to shout over and try to manipulate other people's rational discussion. Affleck actually held his own pretty well, which I found surprising. The audience thought so, too.

Mahr is an idiot no matter where you stand politically. Still, he was right that for future generations Americans are gonna be hated by the people over there in the Middle East.

Lou Dobbs was great at the end of the clip. Enough with the finger pointing and blame-game - how are we going to fix this mess or can we even fix this mess? I'm not encouraged to think we can.

*sniff, sniff...What's that smell? That's the smell of desperate people in power with failed policy.

Pubbie women have dicks? Very scary, T.Smiley: yikes

According to the U.S. State Department (4/4/03) upwards of 750,000 people died under the Hussein regime if you factor in the 400,000 children under the age of 5 said to have "died of malnutrition and disease". A compelling number, but still 750,000 < 1,000,000.

It didn't seem as much of a pwnage on the video as it did in text because you had the audience cheering whenever someone said something liberal, and the cheering sorta drowned out Pletka's rebuttals.

Didnt look like Pwnage to me either.Smiley: dubious

But I guess with all the bad news around at the moment for pubbies, you gotta let them clutch at a few straws. So yeah! Affleck got his *** kicked!

The Good Ship Pubbie is sinking fast!

And the rats are busy with their exit strategies.....

Saddam was in power for what 23 or 24 years and managed to kill 1,000,000 of his own citizens either directly or indirectly.

The United States has only been in Iraq since march/april of 2003, so 3 and a 1/2 years or so and managed to cause a situation which has led to the deaths of 600,000. As well as a significant refugee population in other countries.

So 114.15 dead iraqis every day Hussein was in power, 469.89 for everyday the US was doing its thing.

Studies vs Studies = Fun (but less than factual) rhetoric

/cheer

The real victory here is that the pubbies are so hard up for a win that they have to watch Maher (/blech) and then point out a girl upstaging Ben Affleck of Reindeer Games fame.

Edit- So if the US is in Iraq for the next 23 years, which at this rate it just might be, they will kill 4,115,886. Which would take the country down to 24 million people, meaning they would have killed 1 in every 7 iraqis. Won't Saddam be feeling inadequate? Really can't they just win gracefully? It was like when the Canadians women hockey team played Japan and won 16-0. Sometimes rubbing a persons face in it is just unsportsman like? Especially when it comes to genocide.

It gets really annoying seeing people quote the results of that survey as fact. The main factor in determining the validity of a cluster test like the study's is a sufficient number of cluster points (groups of people in the same neighborhoods) that are surveyed. In this study, there were forty-seven cluster points that were selected. To put this into comparison, the United Nations Development Program used 2,200 cluster points in its 2004 estimate to get a total of 18,000-29,000 deaths.

4 months after the UNDP's survey, the John Hopkins team responsible for the 600,000 estimate conducted a test (before the recent one), using 33 cluster points, and concluded that 69,000-150,000 had died, compared to the UNDP's 18,000-29,000. You can find the article I got this from here.

Go figure! What do you know? When you take less samples, you can get results that are way out of the ballpark. That's why I consider this 600,000 estimate to be bogus.

It gets really annoying seeing someone try to portray me as an idiot for overlooking one line of confusing text stuck into the middle of a post that, in contradiction, clearly argues the point.

Cue:

Some future poster wrote:
Hahahaha you're such an idiot because you can't understand that

Some future poster wrote:

No one forced you to be reactionary and get sand in your ****** before you even came close to understanding the original point of the post. That was all you. Feel free to justify your own idiocy as you see fit though.

I thought you were too cool to be on the forums durring the weekend. That you have a big important relevant social life, considering you are much better looking than me, and have a larger *****. I guess you were just bored of being so damned important and cool this weekend that you decided to spill your inner cunt all over the forums, and run back to this little support group of yours that you supposidly were parting ways with.

Your grasp on social interaction is broken. Unless your peak socializing time on the weekend is 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. If so that speaks volumes as well.

Im not the one with a myspace page claiming I play WoW for fun, but I guess just so long as others are able to pretend they are listening to you in one form or another it could still quite possibly be cosidered some sort of social happening.
