SEOUL, South Korea - North Korean leader Kim Jong Il expressed regret about his country’s nuclear test to a Chinese delegation and said Pyongyang would return to international nuclear talks if Washington backs off a campaign to financially isolate the country, South Korean media reported Friday.

“If the U.S. makes a concession to some degree, we will also make a concession to some degree, whether it be bilateral talks or six-party talks,” Kim was quoted as telling a Chinese envoy, the mass-circulation Chosun Ilbo reported, citing a diplomatic source in China.

Kim told the Chinese delegation that “he is sorry about the nuclear test,” the newspaper reported.

Quote:
Rice said on Friday that the United States would be willing to return to six-party talks, but that financial restrictions on Pyongyang would remain.

I sure hope we do back off a bit, if it means that diplomacy can once again resume its work. For all that he's a crazy fuck, we'd be crazier if we try to have a cockfight at this delicate stage. Condi needs to tuck it in more firmly between her legs.

Yeah, Condi, he doesn't need the hose again. He'll put the lotion in the basket this time.

So their concession is to come back to bilateral or six party talks, what's ours? It better not be anything to good since all we get in return is for them to sit in a chair.

He gets flown over here first-class, has the police loose any evidence on him, then he gets to go on Larry King and say he could never test a nuke because he loves them?

And when they fly away, the part of you that knows it was a sin to lock them up does rejoice. But still, the place you live in is that much more gray and empty that they're gone. I guess I just miss my friend.

While the thought of Tare finding multiple pickles unsatisfactory and asking for a jar to 'fill' her needs is definitely hawt, the thought of Psi ************ furiously to it just ruins the mood. Too many thing happening at once tends to cause me to turn off like an autistic watching Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.

The big-wig says "no thanks. We don't do family acts, they are too cutesy."
