Not enough to send him to trial.

Looks like he wouldn't have even gotten jail time if trial went forward and he was convicted. The authorities were just trying to get him registered as a sex offender.

So he basically got away with the charges in Thailand, got away with the charges in California. Smiley: disappointed

Extradition goes both ways. Why doesn't Thialand just ask for his *** back and prosecute him there?

Looks like the Thai government was just happy to get rid of him. They revoked his Visa and he's barred from entering that country again. That's about it. Besides, the Thai government has other more pressing problems to deal with right now.

I was driving back to work from my lunchbreak when he left the courthouse. Not nearly as many cameras and media as I thought there'd be. I totally love my county's DA, he's a prepubescent dolt!
