I'm confused as well, but I gather Pikko's saying the best head is in Portland's direction, and it's too late today, so looks like I'm having a daytrip tomorrow.

Two things:
(1) What the fuck are you doing with 150 miles of me?
(2) Rural Oregon is only nice on the side of the mountains you're on. Rural Central/Eastern Oregon is an armpit. For that matter, urban Central Oregon is an armpit. A boring, overpriced armpit.

And MDenham, I've heard that Oregon gets uglier the further east you go, which is similar to my homestate of Colorado. Where I'm at is one of the most visually places I've ever visited, though. The variety of vegetation is really something compard to Colorado, and just the lushness of a properly hydrated place is fantastic. Anyway, know any whores? Clean ones. Or dirty. No diCks, though.

It doesn't just get uglier; it gets even more boring as well. Central Oregon is basically a collection of overgrown ranching towns.
