one of the best South Park episodes i've seen. they could've made the ending more ironic (like the kids getting bored and killing everyone), but it was still really well done.

(if anyone wants to have it as their very own, they can click here.)

I have to say I really enjoyed the fact they used WoWs graphics for the show instead of making it look entirely SPish. As a gamer of WoW it was much more enjoyable to see the SP kids in a realm Im familiar with.

When they were talking about how the guy killed everyone in Arathi Highlands I couldnt help but chuckle

Yeah I was expecting it to be SPish graphics, but it really added to it especially Timmy and when Butters came into the game as a dorf. Smiley: lol

I couldn't tape it Wednesday so we set it for the replay yesterday and so I got to watch it last night. We were cracking up so loud I almost woke the kids. The lan party was so dead on and brought back so many memories of planes raids during EQ. I loved how when they were leveling up they showed one of em slouched down really far looking at the monitor at almost a horizontal angle. I've done that so many times when I'm on my last legs.

I think the part that killed me the most was when his noob dad didn't know how to give him the item. Or when the guy went AFK to fix his keyboard.

I couldn't get over all of the jumping around. When the antagonist dropped Cartman to finish off everyone in the zone and started bouncing away, I lost it.

It's such a big key on that tiny keyboard. How can you not press it all the time?

Don't jump on a crack or you'll break your Guild Leader's back.

Unless you're a gnome. Gnomes get a free pass on jumping, hopping, skipping, and dancing.

That's because they all look the same as when they're walking. Their tiny little heads slightly bob up and down. Hardly noticable.

I had just started playing WoW withing the passed few weeks again (shh), and now this just happens to come on. funny
I watched it with my roomate, who will never play any MMORPG ever. The reason he was laughing so hard was because he says the show was me, perfectly.

yeah, the Hot Pockets and the Users Guide on the toilet... priceless.

WoW has shown up in other places on TV too. there was an episode of stargate SG-1 where smantha used a conversation about WoW to distract a geek to do some sabatoge. they did their reasearch too, made mention of a levle 65 character even though that expansion hasnt come out yet.

i dont play WoW anymore, but my kids do. WoW made a playground where others tried to make a purpose. the results speak for themselves. there are more people who want to play as opposed to having to earn something in another job (eq anyone?)

my hats off to blizard. im board of it now, but unlike EVERY other game i have played, there was never a time when i was angry while playing WoW. never any negative feelings associated with the game. they did a good job. you can log on, have fun, and log off. the perfect game. no pressure. just playtime.

d&d online was pretty good too, just too short and not enough content.

I just watched the WoW episode of South Park this evening, and yes, it was funny. Not as funny as the time I blew a mountain lion in the Stormwind aquaducts on Saint Patty's day, but pretty funny.
