PS3 Pricing - Opinion WantedFollow

#1 Oct 04 2006 at 6:02 AM Rating: Decent
Guys, I am a student that has a market research assignment due in a few days on Friday and could use some help with your opinions.

Thanks,
Drew

Sony is releasing its successor to the Playstation 2 video game system, the Playstation 3 (PS3) in time for this holiday season (Nov. 17th , 2006). The price will be $599 for the upper end model and
$499 for the lower end model.

More information on the PS3 can be found at:
http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/about.html

What do you think of the price Sony has set for the PS3?

a. I would purchase at even higher prices.
b. I would purchase at this price. The PS3 is worth this price.
c. I will not purchase at this price. PS3 is worth this price, but I cannot afford this price.
d. I will not purchase at this price. PS3 is not worth this price.
e. I have no interest in purchasing a PS3 at any price.

This refers to your household.

If you would purchase the PS3, would you do so without using one in person? or without seeing a positive review?

Um... Thanks for opinions thus far. :( Actually my "homework" is to do a survey. I can't very well survey myself and only me as that would be a very small sample. Thanks for anyone else who may like to help.

Well buy premium at least so you can make an actual poll.

Otherwise you can

a) Go F'uck yourself

or

b) Bleed to death from your ******

Either or, take your ***** elsewhere.

Go to the mall and hand out polls, then you get the attention of people who care.

E. I already dropped 500 on the X360 and I am not interested in spending another 600 for some other large paper weight that my wife can yell at me for thinking about turning on.

Smiley: laugh

/wifely duties on

The Navy decided to let my hubby sit on an aircraft carrier within sight of land for 6-8 weeks. So I decided a nice welcome home present would be the PS3 with the larger hard drive.

Neph.

Until you can tell the difference between Red Crotchless Panties and a Prolapse, I'd keep schtum for a while.

And Thumbelyna. Did it all go back in OK?

That's not fair. We ALL try very hard to behave rudely. Just because some of us don't bother to post in every moronic thread with a forgone conclusion doesn't mean you have the right to single anyone out. If you ask me a certain purple dinosaur lover needs to cram a 2x4 up his *** sideways and think about how unfaur and hurtfull his behavior has been.
