The first season is out on dvd and the second season just started back up a few weeks ago. If you liked Oz you'll most likely enjoy Prison Break minus all the sodomy. So you probably won't like it Hellboy.
It's funny because my favorite episode is when they "Spoon" the guy.

Heroes is going to try and be the Lost-killer. And I hope it does. I love the show so far, but how can you not when you have a suicidal cheerleader with a healing factor?

Heroes is good but not a factor against LOST seeing how LOST is Wendsday and Heroes is Monday

My birthday was two weeks ago and my mother, in the mistaken belief I loved Battlestar Galatica, purchased the first season on DVD for me. I watched the miniseries back in 2003 but I was so pissed that Starbuck and Boomer were hot chicks (Blasphemy!) and Apollo was such an emo *****, I couldn't watch the series. So, I have been watching the series this week and I am supprised how good it is (and how much I want to bang Starbuck). I want to run out and buy the second season but I am afraid they can't keep up the momentum and be any good. Does anyone know if it would be worth it to get or did the series suck *** last season?

Wait---your own mother won't spend more than $50 on you?

Not unless she can do so for under $50.

I know I'm not as hardcore a Lost fan as I used to be because I didn't go to the Sunset on the Beach premiere Saturday. Now that I think back to last year I have no idea what could have possessed me other than being completely out of my mind to have taken 3 toddlers to watch a tv show premiere on the beach at night.

For those of you anxiously awaiting the season three premiere of BSG, be sure to check out the twice-weekly "webisodes" on scifi.com called "The Resistance." They serve as a bit of a prologue for the upcoming season.

Also, the first act of the season premiere has been posted.

Augh!! Must not watch... must not watch...

That's like reading Game of Thrones chapters 6 months before the book is released. >.<

Aww, c'mon, it's only three more days.

I admit it. I have the willpower of a...a...a really weak, spineless thing with no willpower.

Oh, and Git...in case you don't have the time to finish seasons 2.0 and 2.5 before Friday night, SciFi has been airing an hour long retrospective called "Battlestar Galactica: The Story So Far" fairly frequently. It's also available for FREE from Itunes (or at least it was a couple days ago.)

Tonight's episode better be better than Lost was.

I'm trying to tell myself it's going to suck *** so that when I watch it I get my socks blown off. But then BSG has never disappointed me.
SPOILER

Except when they killed off xxx. Smiley: cry

Edit: I couldn't bring myself to spoil something, even with a spoiler warning.

Tonight, when the g/f runs off to go to work (damn night shifts, getting in the way of me and my "quality time" Smiley: motz), going to watch those webisodes back-to back before the premire.

I'm downloading on iTunes right now the whole "Watch this to catch up with everyone else" episode a la Lost. I watched the mini-series on SciFi before the whole TV series started and I loved that. I should have stayed with the show but nope. I'll grab the first 2 seasons on DVD and watch those at my leisure, but at least I'll know what's going on so I can talk BSG with Pikko. Smiley: grin

I didn't get to tape that thing, I sure hope they pack in all the essentials... That's a whole lot of drama to shove into one hour. =\

I've only had one BSG dream and that was back when that "dun duh dundun dun duh dun dun" music they play whenever #6 is talking to Gaius still drove me absolutely insane. I don't remember the dream at all but it seemed like after it the music wasn't so bad.

SPOILER

So did any particular episode stand out for you? I think my favorite by far was the one that starts out with Sharon's reincarnation. Once I heard Gaius' voice I was yelling out loud, I KNEW IT!! I F*CKING KNEW IT!!! and then I got so pwned.
