Not sure Kao, most RFO players are people from WoW and EQ as well as FFXI, but I don't recall hearing about any outside postings in large groups. Mostly they stick to the war room forums on CCRs site when they have grievances.
The only reason I mentioned it here was to find out info on KoS as a guild. They're made up of people who are trolls through and through. Since this is the worlds largest, and finest, collection of trolls that I know of I figured who better to ask. Anyway, enough of that.

KoS guilds (and I assume you mean the ones that form in PvP games) tend to be made up of teenagers and twenty somethings with socializing issues who think ganking is the highest form of PvP and camping is funny. They would last 10 seconds here before they were run out.
