No, not our Katie.

An inmate serving time for kidnapping and murdering a little girl ends up with her name + 's REVENGE tattooed on his forehead. Prison officials don't know how the tattoo got there but suspect (duh!) that it might be the work of other inmates.

Pics or it never happened, you say?

Apparently they removed the pic, which is just as well. I'm not sure who gave it to him, but I'm pretty sure he was eye-level with a ***** when he got it.
