I'm still hoping/planning to go, but the only fly in the ointment is my son coming home from college on Saturday. It's too bad we couldn't have done this this last weekend since it was Fleet Week. Granted, all those sailors with pockets full of cash is more down Katie's alley, but still, watching the Blue Angels would have been fun.
Anyways, I should have a definite answer one way or the other by late Wednesday.

That's cool. I'm fighting a wicked cold myself, so if you can't make it, we can postpone and hook up when other folks can attend (i.e., Aadyn!!)some other boozefest (i.e., find a good microbrewery in the area). Since we are never, ever moving again, there's always next year for the Oktoberfest.

Ahhh, good, Smoggy. This weekend was presenting some scheduling problems that I was having difficulty getting around. Any other weekend would likely be just fine, but this particular one just didn't mesh.

Cool, Git. We'll definitely try to reschedule for an all Cali boozefest at some point. Maybe next year's San Diego ComicCon, as suggested by Thumbelyna? That might even motivate non-Californians to visit as well. And there's always the Allanois '07 thingie in Illinois - not sure if I'll make that but would like to try.

No worries - this damn cold has been kicking my *** this week and would seriously hinder my boozing, anyhoo. We'll figure something out that will work for everyone's schedule.

I been sick the last 2 days myself. Still feel like I've had a few years of my life drained away. On the bright side, during the few moments when I wasn't sleeping yesterday, I leveled Bobmato to 25.
Probably better off getting more rest this weekend anyway. That or hitting the last day of the Renaissance Faire Sunday.
