yeah, totally random,, just woke up and decided hat I'm not going to the store and buying any cigs.. stil had one left in the pack that I had left too.

this girl just dragged me out with her on smoke break and tried to offer me a drag and I refused..

I have a nicoteen patch, but I am not wearing it, bit I took it out of the wrapper outside wehn that guirl was smoking... it is still "unpeeled"

I was holding the patch like a cigarette.


I'm really curious how long before I just start chewing on the sucker....

I'm still in a pretty good mood now, but I suspect that can change in an instant.... this is Not a good Job to be having nic fits at,

the craving is increasing.... the bloodvessels inside my ears... I can hear the blood like gushing rapids in my head... fast and faster...


Nicoteen withdrowls really is a buzz in itsself.

it is the will for me to explore this feeling further that keeps me from slapping this patch on.... This can't last much longer though..

People walk near my office and I just stare at them in a deviously defiant manner... they don't know.. thye kniow I'm a little Off.. they don't know how Off I am today...





sometime the craving gets manageble... every few minutes this really Warm sensation comes over my body... and I feel slightly "OK" but that subsides and the Balloon comes back...


They say Deep Breaths are good... we'll see..


wahrt sucks is that I know I'm gonna have to crack and put this patch on... but I will feel ruined because of it....

This Early withdrawl stuff really has a pristine quatliyt to it....

So much new Oxygebn to the Brain.. My body doesn't know how to cope with it.

I took half a caffein pill to let my heartrate catch up to the usual stimulating effects of the nicoteen.. I ACTUALLY DO think that is helping a bit....
though caffeine usually makes me crave.. this is actually kind of a substitue..

God damn I'm happy I never started smoking...It's just one more bad habit to have.

But be strong, even though I don't smoke, trust me I know how you feel, my mother has been trying to stop for a long long time she now smokes about 10-15 smokes a day, she was at 3 packs per day before she started slowing down.

I know alot of people that stopped completely for no damn reason and did not have any trouble with it. Just think positive and DO NOT START AGAIN or it will be a whole lot of wasted effort!

I'm not gonna be cruel and post some pics of hot chicks lighting up at a bar either, like some of you evil and cruel posters out there. But maybe one that's not smoking? Bah...I got work to do.
