Okay, a few months ago one of my cousins went and got a bewb job. She had no bosom to speak of before and decided to purchase one. She is really slender and decided to go with a Large C/Small D cup.
Anyways, after the surgery, the first time I saw her I was like "Holy hell." You can't miss those things. Not at all. She's maybe 5'3" with this huge chest and while she's really happy with it and the family is supportive of her decision, it's very hard to NOT look at her mammaries.
So, fellas, really, do you like the silicone enhancement? Or do you prefer the au naturelle rack?

However, I will say if a gal is obviously lacking in the department, and getting an upgrade makes her happy, more power to her.

That's pretty much what my and most of my family's take on this has been. I guess the family has gotten a little...uncomfortable with how much she's been flaunting her newly acquired accessories. I just think it's more self-confidence she's gained myself, but when she starts inviting everyone to squeeze her bewbs when her mother's in the room, I think a line has been crossed.
