Ex-Texas Gov. Ann Richards dies.

Richards jumped to national prominence at the 1988 Democratic National Conventional for her jibe about then-Vice President George H.W. Bush.

"Poor George, he can't help it ... He was born with a silver foot in his mouth," she said.

Yes, she completed the death pyramid with Steve Irwin and Anna-Nicole Smith's kid. It would have been cooler if they all died by stingray.

Anna-Nicole's kid drove a Stingray and Ann Richards probably smelled like a stingray. Does that count?

She was, and in politics that's saying something. In Texas politics it's saying a hell of a lot.

You guys are mean and cruel. You should never make fun of the dead.

It could happen to you! Smiley: frown

i lived in texas when she was govenor. unlike most politicians, she was a streight talking, no nonsence type of person. she said what she ment and she did what she said she was going to do. not only was she a good govenor, she was a good person.

she would have made a great first woman president.....so unlike the one going to run in 2008. sigh, the luck of our country. the good either hide or die off leaving us with the idiots to lead us into damnation.

God bless her.

But, Exo, what if the dead was a Downs Syndrome baby? Would it be funny then?

A thalidomide baby in a clown suit would be funnier, but I dunno about getting the clown shoes on him.
