Grats Katie! Just remember, not all courses grade by attendance alone like college 101.

Stunning the effect blowing all your professors can have on your GPA, eh, Katie? Give them your pink balloon knot and all those Art and Music Appreciation 101 classes you're taking will magically turn into Physics 422 and Rocket Science 355.

Nah, I was talking to my advisor the other day and he pulled up my GPA for my classes so far. We arent through the semester yet. I'm just pleased with myself. It's been a few years and I thought I would have a harder time settling down into the study routine. It's nothing major or anything. It's just nice to be back in school and knowing that I'm doing better than I expected of myself so far. Great big public pat on the back for me.

Plus, we all know I'm an attention *****.

Goddamn teachers and their incessant ********* Everyone's overworked and underpaid ******. But most of us don't get outrageous state benefits and ridiculous retirement plans that continue to bankrupt every county in the US.

True about teachers receiving good benefits but I'd have to say that (atleast here in Mass) the Big Dig is the one bankrupting the counties.

Way to go Oil. I'm of the opinion teachers are under appreciated, under paid and so on. Here's to hoping you get into a school that isnt underfunded.

Oil is teh fail. Perhaps a lot of little refinement to your posting abilities and you can change your name to Gas. At which point, you had better become damn funny.

huh? I was under the impression that Oil had just shown Neph his error when stating counties in MASS were being bankrupt, not all the counties in the US as neph then went on to say

How many counties in Mass?

Not a state funded project? Or a federally?

Suck it.

14 counties

Both Fed and State taxes have funded the Big Dig

The repairs are being drawn mostly from state taxes though. Since each county receives money from the state; that is money they will not be getting thus bankrupting the counties.

Funny....

The attorney general has been clear that taxpayers won't pay for mistakes made by designers, contractors, and project managers.
